Your Holistic Healthcare Practitioner

Science-informed. Holistic. Personalised.
With 20+ years of experience in nutrition, health and wellbeing, Belinda Anderson brings together university-level nutrition science, functional health training and practical practitioner experience to take a more individualised approach to wellbeing.

Belinda holds a Double Degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition, giving her a strong foundation in nutrition science, food composition and the relationship between food and the body. She has also completed further training in Functional Medicine through the Kalish Method with Dr Daniel Kalish, the GAPS Practitioner programme, and 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training.

Today, Belinda combines this experience with remote biofeedback sessions using the Oberon system, nutrition and lifestyle guidance to help clients explore their individual wellbeing from a broader perspective.
More than a symptom-by-symptom approach
Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, Belinda considers the bigger picture — including nutrition, digestion, lifestyle, stress, sleep, food choices and everyday habits — and how these factors may interact with how you feel.

Her approach is practical and personalised, helping clients make sense of the information available to them and identify realistic areas of focus for their own wellbeing journey.
