Now in my 40s, with a deeper understanding of how food sensitivities affect energy, mood, digestion, and overall vitality, I’m passionate about helping others find balance through awareness and natural support.
How I Found My Way: From Yoga to Frequency Therapy
What began as a personal interest in yoga opened the door to a much broader world of energy-based wellness. It wasn’t until I discovered biofeedback and frequency-based therapies that things truly shifted. Through the Oberon Biofeedback System, I was able to see, in real-time, how my body responded to various foods and stressors — something blood tests hadn’t revealed.
This technology gave me the tools to better understand the root causes of symptoms, and it’s become a foundational part of the care I now offer my clients. Frequency remedies, alongside nutrition and lifestyle adjustments, helped me regain balance — and I love guiding others through that same process.
